Patricia Hines has the curiosity to explore new ideas and experiment which advances her long standing art practice to other dimensions. She successfully combines her skills as a contemporary artist, print maker and potter to produce beautiful mixed media artworks which clearly demonstrate her strong design sense coupled with her sensibility to environmental stimuli around her and is especially inspired by the Northern Jarrah Forest near her home in Dwellingup. Her love of birds is reflected in the ceramic wing installations as well as the exquisite hand painted local birds which visit her garden.
